| Billy Roberts, President and Chief Executive
Officer |

Billy founded AmFed in 1992, and has assembled a unique
management team that has enabled AmFed to achieve its phenomenal growth. Billy is a
graduate of Mississippi College, and he has received a CPCU, Associate in General
Insurance, and Associate in Management designations. He is a former president of the
Mississippi Chapter of the CPCU Society and was the first chairman of the Mississippi
Workers’ Compensation Assigned Risk Pool Advisory Board. |

| Mike Richardson, Executive Vice President and
Chief Operating Officer
|

|
Mike has the perspective of management of insurance operations from a varied
background. His years of experience within insurance companies and retail agencies, his
organizational skills, and his attention to detail have made him invaluable in managing
the Underwriting and E&S divisions of AmFed. He holds the Associate of General
Insurance certification, has served on the executive committee of the Independent
Insurance Agents of Mississippi (IIA of Mississippi), and is a past president of the Young
Agents of the IIA of Mississippi. |

| Brenda VanVelkinburgh, Executive Vice President and
Chief Information Officer |

|
Brenda helped start AmFed in November 1992 by establishing the Information Systems department. She currently manages the day to day operations of the department. Brenda began her career in information
systems with Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company after graduating from Mississippi State University with a B.S. degree in Computer Science. Brenda has been recognized as one of Mississippi’s 50 leading Business Women by the Mississippi
Business Journal. She serves as Vice Chair of Communication Information and Technology of Mississippi (cit.ms). |

| Greg
McLemore, Chief Financial Officer

|
Greg
joined AmFed in 2001 to lead the financial and accounting
divisions. His invaluable experience has provided the financial
and budgeting skills necessary to guide AmFed into the future. He
earned a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy degree from
Mississippi State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant
and holds an Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance
certification. |

| Ron Riggan,
Executive Vice President, Underwriting
|
|
|
Ron
is a well-respected and experienced underwriter who helped formulate and implement
underwriting goals for the company. He holds a BA and masters degrees from Mississippi
State University, and also has received the CPCU designation. His career began with F. W.
Williams State Agency, a managing general agency for USF&G, and his service with
USF&G included assignments as Assistant General Manager in the Atlanta, GA office and
General Manager of the Des Moines, IA office. |
