The Associated Builders and Contractors of Tennessee Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation Fund (TN ABC) has discontinued providing self-insured coverage. After careful review of various alternatives to overcome limitations of a self-insurance fund such as joint and several liabilities, lack of pricing flexibility and, single state coverage, the West Tennessee Chapter and the Greater Tennessee Chapter are pleased to partner with AmFed National Insurance Company to provide the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program for association members
effective April 1, 2015.
